Silver Peaks is a 130 unit condominium community located in Durango Colorado. We are located on Goeglein Gulch Road near Fort Lewis College just minutes from downtown. Our community is also nestled at the base of the Horse Gulch area which offers ample hiking and biking not to mention spectacular views of the surrounding area.

Q: How and when are monthly dues collected?
A: Monthly dues should be paid by the 1st of each month. You can pay by check or via the free automated bank transfer (ACH). To minimize costs, Silver Peaks strongly encourages all owners to use the free automated bank transfer (ACH) method for paying your dues.Q: What do my monthly dues cover?
A: Monthly dues are made up of two components, operating assessments and reserve assessments. The operating assessment portion of your monthly dues covers monthly expenses incurred by the HOA such as water/sewer charges, snow removal, internet/cable access for each property, building insurance, and property management. The reserve assessments cover longer term repair and maintenance of common elements including the parking lot, landscaping, and building maintenance.Q: Does Silver Peaks provide Internet access?
A: Yes! Silver Peaks has a bulk contract with Spectrum to provide all residents both Internet and basic cable. This is covered in monthly HOA dues, so there is no additional cost to you. To setup your internet and cable, contact Spectrum and provide them your address. You will be provided with a cable modem, router, and digital TV tuner.Q: What is the pet policy at Silver Peaks?
A: Owners are allowed a maximum of two pets if they are less than 35 pounds each. Tenants are not allowed pets. All pets much be registered with the HOA before being brought on site. Additional details are available in the Rules and Regulations.Q: Are BBQ grills allowed?
A: BBQ grills are not allowed in or around individual units nor are they allowed on porches or patios. However, Silver Peaks does provide a number of charcoal BBQ grills around the property for resident use.
